You can change deoxys's shape to it's speed, balanced, defence and attack forms by walking up to the meteorites and pressing A in Veilstone City. top one is speed, middle is balanced, the bottom left is defence and the bottom right is attack. This is pure informational so please don't tell me if you knew that for me, again i knew this a long time ago.
