I don't know if it's considered a big deal in the ladder or not. But how would we go about reporting violations? PM Steve, or someone else?

Just a suggestion, why not make it so that if a person brakes a clause their opponent gets to decide whether to throw the match out or count it as a win for them? That's what usually happens outside the site and what was decided on the first season of the EPFL, so I don't see why it couldn't work for the ladder.

idk, It should be the same for everyone.

It should be one or the other. Either its thrown away, OR counted as a win, but not with a choice.
