Well, along with other small sites, the 2 big ones I use are:
http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/
&
http://pokemon.marriland.com/diamond_pearl/pokedex
Although nothing is automatic (you do have to use multiple browser windows), both of these websites can help you with out team building.
I like Serebii to help me figure out the movesets, which pokemon I need to chain breed, etc. All the attacks are well organized and have all the info. I need.
Marriland is good for looking for specific pokemon with their advance search engine. For example, you can search for Normal pokemon with a Speed base stat of 90 that could learn Baton Pass. And it will list all your choices. That is very convenient. Also, they give you the weaknesses and resistances to each pokemon in a very easy to interpret way.
Marriland also has a page where you can insert all the pokemon on your team and it will display your team's weaknesses/resistances.
Both sites have much more features as well.
Both are powerful tools that should be used for your team building.

There is no site that does all the work for you, you have to manually search. But I can definatley write up a procedure for you. I'm just a bit confused on what you need exactly. Do you mind explaining it to be a bit clearer? Keep in mind, there is absolutely no site that will compare move sets and tell you which is better. That you can only try to figure out with experience, research and help from forums like this one.

So are you asking which moveset would Ancient power be good with? Or against what movesets would Ancient power be good at. Stuff like that?

uhm for short which movesets are the best and can take down not 1 but a lot of different type pokemon...... T_T thats what ive been asking and yeah which is ancient power good enough and stuff your right now uhm can you answer my question... sorry im not straighforward im a bit confused..
Well, let me take a gander at this. If you want to figure out a great moveset, you'll have to experiment and discover it on your own. That's the fun part about breeding or training. If you're wondering the how effective a type of move is against a type of pokemon, well there is a Poketch App for that. =) I hope I helped some, lol.

Ok....met me give this a shot...I will try to explain that there is no good or bad move set...
- There are (more or less) about 500 pokemon moves. Thus, there is no best or wost moveset, just different.
- Every pokemon on your party should have a different purpose; its purpose relying on the stats of the pokemon. For Example, a Scyther, which as above average attack and speed base stats, would make a good Physical Sweeper (a pokemon who hits hard and fast). Thus, most people would train this Scyther with EVs in Attack and Speed. This particular Scyther would have a moveset that either increases speed, and attacks 3 different types.
- However, this does not make it the best moveset. Most people know that Scyther is used as a Physical Sweeper and will attack it's low Special Defense, and you would have a problem. Your moveset could change to be able to beat these guys.
-Now you asked about Ancient Power. It's a rock attack that has a 20 percent chance of raising all stats and has a PP of 5. So, if your pokemon is of the Rock type, Ancient Power is a good choice because it would reciece a nice stab bonus. It would be good against Fire, Flying, Ice and Bug pokemon. However, AncientPower is a widely used move and your oponent maybe expecting it so it might be a bad choice as well. Pokemon that are not rock types but can learn ancient power, might wanna learn it too because the opponent would not expect it.
- One could get this information by searching for Ancient Power on seribii's Attack Dex, and then use a type chart to find its weaknesses.
I hope I answered your questions with this info. but let me know if you are still confused and I'll be glad to continue.

Ok...here is what I have so far...
Skarmory (Steel/Flying
Weaknesses - 2x Fire, 2x Electric
Resistances - .5x Ghost, Dragon, Dark, Steel, Psychic, Flying, Normal
- .25x Grass, Bug
- 0x Poison, Ground
Scarmory makes a great Physical Wall because of its very high defense stat so I will build it around that:
Nature: Impish
Item: Leftovers (always a good choice), or Wacan Berry (less effective damage from electric attacks or Occa Berry (less effective damage from Fire attacks)
A standard Skarmoy has the following moveset:
Drill Peck | Hidden Power [Flying] / Aerial Ace
Roar | Whirlwind
Spikes
Rest / Substitute/Roost
Although, 90 percent of Skarmory will have this moveset. Your opponent, if skilled, will know how to take it down. If you don't lthat, don't use Skarmory. I use Rarely used Pokemon so people won't know how to handle them.
You might wanna use this link hwo to further train your Skarmory.

I can only do one pokemon right now because I have to study. This takes lots of time so I'll try again tomorrow.
