unless your up against ice/rock mono types for the challenge, you're going to have an easy time.
I personally don't like DDtar, because fighting types usually outrun after a DD anyways. Outrage < Earthquake. And on another note, sandstorm is going to be hurting your team. from the looks of it, ttar seems really out of place on a whole dragon team in general.
I think replacing ttar with tentacruel would be great. It provides an Ice resist, gets rid of Stealth rock, with is also going to be a pain for your team, and provides a nice special wall. And with that, you can set up rain for a kingdra sweep.
Tentacruel @ lefties
calm
252 HP/120 Def/136 sp def
Surf
toxic spikes/sludge bomb
Rain dance
rapid spin
Zen headbutt is useless on salamence, go earthquake!
why does flygon need a toxic orb? makes no sense, life orb it. Facade isn't such a great move, especially since it doesn't get a GUTS boost. original, but its not going to help with flygon loosing HP.
Choice specs the dragonite.
Kingdra could use life orb as well, or specs in general. You don't need that much speed invested either, since with rain support, itll outspeed most things anyways. Invest more evs in HP

Perfect. I was looking for a way to get in rain dance before hand, because with it Kingdra outspeeds pretty much everything, and it can OHKO most Sweepers with Hydro Pump. Toxic spikes is also great for the walls.
With the flygon, I read that facade doubles when statused, so that's 140 power, and with flygon's 299~ish attack, I figure its going to do a heck of a lot on most enemies.
As for the ttar, I just bred a really nice one when I was farming, and I thought I could implement it somehow, but I agree that it just doesn't fit here.
On Kingdra, I really just wanted to make sure, but your right it'll be good enough w/o alot of speed.
With the choice specs on the Dragonite, I was planning to use Draco to open w/ white herb, cause w/o that its just a waste, so should I replace Draco with Pulse or something? And should I Pulse or Claw on Mence? I was assuming claw 'cause it would make it all even, right?
I don't want to choice Kingdra b/c I may need it to renew rain dance or use brine to finish off walls. with the extra hp I might as well do Life Orb.
And with lefties on Tentacruel, what should I put on my Altaria?
As of yet there isn't a rock type signed up, but there is an Ice. I'll need Kingdra and Tentacruel to pull me through that.
~Thanks a ton!:) ~Edit~ Which one should I open with?

on a side note, facade is only really useful on pokemon with the ability Guts, otherwise, there's no point really.
Altaria could use shell bell, but you would need to switch out roar to flamethrower to cover some things. yache is totally viable as it allows it to take the hit and at least do something before switching out. Damp rock could go well with kingdra, having extra rain could mean you can put thunder instead of thunderbolt on dragonite.
Dragonite could still use draco meteor after using it one time with choice specs. its not going to do a whole lot, but its still somewhat significant.
Draco Meteor
Dragon Pulse
Thunder
Fire Blast
Salamence now gets outrage, so be sure to tutor that in platinum.
Kingdra doesn't need two water moves, so switch out brine with either signal or ice beam to get some kind of coverage

I tried out my Altaria in a battle against my friend, and the Yache berry worked to perfection, I was able to counter in on my friend's Ttar Blizzard, then substitute and roost to let toxic spikes kill him
I still have yet to breed a Kingdra up to par, but I do have a modest female with a couple 31's that im going to parent it with, so I'll go Dragon Scale hunting and test out how well the damp rock works. Considering the power and speed of my Kingdra, Brine ends up being unnecessary, so I'll test those moves out when I'm done breeding.
With the rain thunder is much better on Dragonite, so I'll add that(less expensive tm too!) But I'm not much of a fan of low accuracy moves, so personally I'd go for Flamethrower, let me check the accuracy of Fire Blast first...85, Well I guess I'll test that out when I'm done breeding ;)
And If I tutor my Salamence Outrage in Platinum, can I trade it back into my diamond? Because I don't have Platinum as of yet(Waiting for my b-day) but my friend does and I was going to tutor it there and bring it back.
