Electrode looks cool. Although if you're worried about Screech missing due to the 85% accuracy you could try using endure with a liechi berry. This combo will allow you to live with at least 1hp and will activate the berry, which will raise your attack. Then you can use explosion that way.
As for Marowak, since you already have stone edge on Aggron, you could try using double edge with Marowak to take advantage of the rock head ability. You won't suffer from any recoil damage and you can still hit those pesky flying types with a 100% accuracy move.

For Leafeon I suggest quick attack instead of grasswhistle. Grasswhistle has very low accuracy. I also suggest 0 Speed Evs, and 252 Defense Evs. Leafeon is already very slow, and you have quick attack.

I'm not worried about screech, and with focus band I always get to taunt opponent 1st round, and if they tried to set up then I get to screech the next round without fear. An interesting way to power explosion though.
On Marowak I've usually ended up having Leafon pass it a SD, so it may be easier to just take out SD, which I only had as insurance, and put in Double Edge. Aggron is a bulky tank-ish fighter, STAB stone edge is nice, but usually when he comes in the opponent switches to their bulky water :S

Quick attack is an interesting option, to speed kill low HP opponents, but Leafon usually just gets pwned by a fire or ice attack anyways, and as a baton passer is is much more useful to be speedy, because I can pass first and absorb the attack
I've also been thinking about having some sort of Ghost type, perhaps a Dusclops/Spiritomb? I've seen opponents switch in these to totally absorb a lead Electrode explosion.

I don't think that really matters. Most NU can compete with UU anyway. They're pretty much the same thing.
