Greetings PokeFarm Members!
The Battling Arts is in need of a new Student Coordinator. And I am looking to fill the void quickly as we have a Bull Run upcoming very shortly.
Here are the duties of a Student Coordinator:
Welcome new members to the site, and introduce Battling Arts to them.
Post/Manage sign-up thread for new students and student list.
Follow up with students at half-way point to check progress.
Be a single point of contact for all student issues during a Bull Run.
Identify interest of students in participating in the tournament to follow each Bull Run.
Communicate tournament participants to Staff member for entering into Competitions system.
Thank students for participating, and invite any who feel they need further help back for the next run.
Here are the qualifications.
Musts
Must be committed to helping others learn above all else in BA.
Must Possess knowledge of Battling Arts process.
Must be able to work towards a single goal with Tutor Coordinator and any other BA staff.
Must be able to fulfill duties as designated above.
Must be willing to work in a friendly and productive manner within BA forum and with students.
Preferred
Demonstrate Knowledge of battling.
Access to Microsoft Excel
Access to Skype
Experience running contests/programs

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, June 3rd. As i mentioned I want to get this filled quickly, and anyone with the activity to be able to handle this job will be active enough to see this in time.
