Rain Dance UU Team

:321:Wailord @ Damp Rock
Water veil - Adamant
252 HP 252 Attack 4 Defense
Waterfall (STAB)
Earthquake
Rain Dance
Avalanche

Begin with Rain Dance, the decide whether or not to switch to another poke to combat the opposing foe. Avalanch takes advantage of Wailords weak speed stat.

:124:Jynx @ Wide Lens
Forwarn - Timid
252 Speed 252 SpcAttack 4 SpcDefense
Lovely Kiss
Psychic (STAB)
Blizzard (STAB)
Focus Blast

Begin with Lovely Kiss to incapacitate the foe. Wide Lens increases the accuracy of both the low accuracy Lovely Kiss, as well as the STABed Blizzard. (final move is for variety)

:476:Probopass @ Leftovers
Magnet Pull - Calm
252 HP 129 Defense 129 SpcDefense
Stealth Rock
Earth Power
Thunder
Thunder Wave

Set up Stealth Rocks, then incapacitate the foe with Thunder Wave. With the rainy weather, Thunder's accuracy will be raised to maximum potential. Earth Power acts as a strong variety move.

Skill link - Impish
252Defense 252HP 4Attack
Spike Cannon
Dive???(via move tutor) (STAB)
Icicle Spear (STAB)
Rain Dance

If the rainy weather were to end, and Wailord is incapacitated, use Rain Dance. Follow up with appropriate moves for current situations. It would be best to use Dive though, to take advantage of the rainy weather.

:211:Qwilfish @ Black Sludge
Swift Swim - Jolly
252Speed 252Attack 4HP
Waterfall (STAB)
Poison Jab (STAB)
Explosion/Destiny Bond
Taunt

Begin by taunting potential walls. Follow up waterfall, due to rain for STAB and weather bonus. Poison Jab whatever comes your way that water doesn't give you some good damage against. When going down, take the foe with you using either Explosion or Destiny Bond (not sure which one to go with).

:237:Hitmontop @ Expert Belt
Technician - Careful
252SpcDefense 129Attack 129HP
Bullet Punch
Triple-Kick (STAB)
Rapid Spin
Earthquake

With the assistance of technician, all moves except Earthquake are powered up. Triple-Kick's base power increases to a total of 114(I think...isn't this what the equation would be: (10x1.5(STAB)x1.5(technician)) + (20x1.5x1.5) + (30x1.5x1.5) = 114 (STAB = x1.5...right?). With the added power of an expert belt, this attack can be quite devastating. Rapid Spin to expel unwanted entrance obstacles. Bullet Punch whatever needs to be finished off. EQ annoying electric types that want to take advantage of the rain.

I'm not really a real battler, so this could be the single worst possible team EVER, and I would have no idea. As much help as I can get would be wonderful.

For your walls, I would suggest moving some of your EVs into HP. Cloyster and Probopass have terrible base HP stats so you'd want to max HP, then put the rest in the defense(s). Hitmontop could use more too. I'd go download shoddy and imput the IVs of your pokes there then play around with the EVs(you can see the stats without having to repeatedly re-EV pokemon.

Something like this?

That works, play around with the numbers until you find some that work for you. With Hitmontop you can get away with not maxing HP EVs.

Ack, you stole my Jynx moveset!... not completely though, and I am just teasing. :P

If you wanna go the whole 10 yards with the move set I have on mine, I'd recommend continuing to abuse the Wide Lens by throwing in Focus Blast into the last slot for Dark coverage, and extra power. Just be mindful of those pesky Ghost types is all.

I like the team sort of, but I think you lack abusers of Swift Swim in the team. I think that if you put Jynx in the lead spot with Rain Dance in the last slot, and took away Wailord, you could have an Omastar in there, which is a very powerful Rain sweeper. You should also consider changing Probopass for Claydol, which is immune to both Ground (Levitate) and Electric moves. This could prove to be a fantastic life saver, and with your team you would give it a lot of switch-in opportunities. I hope my advice will help you :)
