At which point s/he'd end up in Jail or running away and failing the mission right? Which is sort of what happens especially considering that many missions have low odds on succeeding. So it would make sense we would be wearing the uniform. Anyway the Team Rocket people in the games don't tend to be in disguise themselves.

While your first argument is purely based on opinion, the second can easily be countered. While in the games its hard to distinguish who's who, in the anime, how often do Jessie and James dress up to sneak around? Do they just run in with their uni's on?

I was just mentioning there's no reason not to use a Team Rocket sprite/image. I also don't see why the Biker sprite is always be used (it fits with the Pilfer a Pokemart but not so much for the spying/lookout ones).

Other than that the Team Rocket outfit is their uniform.

Right, since the last ones have not been published, I thought I'd ask a question here: What do you people look for in a mission icon? I want to try my hand at making these sprites and improve the overall look of TR, but I want my pictures to be as good as I can get them and you you all to like that picture and not be angry everytime you see the mission :p I want to improve my sprite-making skills, so I'm looking for tips from you all ;)
