I was wondering if we can make it so only gym leaders can create threads in their gym forums. People are always posting about when the leader can battle, when rules specifically state the gym leader will Pm the challenger when he is ready. I think this will make things more organized and make people realize what an honor it is to win a gym battle and to at least try. What do you guys think?

Well, not really, sometimes, I can't seem to contact a person by PM. I can understand that only Gym Leaders should be allowed to make threads on their own section, but the posts can be ignored.

If the person does not answer, or at least read the Pm, he is less likely to read the post and respond. By posting on their forum, all you are doing is making your case public, allowing other people to do the same, which leads to a bunch of threads of "can u battle me now?". Instead, if you have trouble communicating with a leader, you should Pm a moderator or Steve.

Well not really threads, but posts. It dosen't matter if the posts go wack, but if there are too many threads, it's a problem on a larger scale and then it matters. And I don't think it's that bad if everyone reads everyone else's post just to get a battle...

It's ok if there is one thread created so that people can post when they are having trouble contacting the gym leader. But when additional threads are created for the same purpose, it gets confusing and it is unnecessary.

Peanut, if that's what you meant...I totally agree....:)
