Registration troubles

Cureently, after asking to have my account deleted,all forms of registration are unallowed. It comes up with a code or access violation, refusing me to access the re-reg so I cannot join. Is this happening to anyone else and can it be sorted out??

I get this too. I just tried and i get this:
