Must Have

Must register FC and have it verified

Less then 2 Shiny Gym Badges
Less then 4 Regular Gym Badges

Must not currently have a Golden Combee

Spelling errors = point deductions


Photo/Art Editor

Bonus points for art that relates to the current project

Easier communication and up to the minute support, well if someone is online he-he

Battling students may want to make sure they have the Effort Ribbon after EV training so their EVs are not lost during inspection trades.


Availability


Students do not need to participate in every project.


If you know you will be busy during a certain project timeframe, then you don't have to enter that project. You can still come back to the next project if you have the time. The only thing hurt by you missing a project is your chance to win the Golden Combee.



Reports


Not all projects can be graded the same way, so credits will be adjust as needed.
All reports should include the following.

Pokémon Chain

Each Pokémon used to get your moves.
Levels each Pokémon learned the moves.
TMs/HMs if used.



IVs

HP/ATK/DEF/SP.ATK/SP.DEF/SPD
Also a bonus for each IV at 31. (1 Credit per 31 IV)
Bonus for IVs in the best STATs for the build.(2 Credits per 31 IV)



Nature

Nature that enhances your Pokémon's stats.



Move-set

Move-sets would be left to the student to decide, unless specific challenges are given with the project.



Ability

Including your Pokés ability within the report will add credits to your project.
Some Pokés have multiple abilities, some more useful then the other, while other Pokés only have 1 ability, it would not be fair to give the same credits due to this fact.
Ability credits will be adjusted on a per project basis, but providing your ability will help with your grade.

Rules


You are allowed to use Pokémon, items, and TMs from other people.


However the parents of the final build must be your own.
Example - If you are turning in a Squirtle with a Timid Nature and x / x / x / 31 / 31 / 31 IVs, and you use a friend's Wartortle♀ with a Timid Nature and x / 31 / x / 31 / x / 31 IVs, your final Squirtle will not count. You must breed your own Timid Wartortle♀. This also means the father as well.


Bad Behavior/Poor Sportsmanship

Complaints in the project thread and not in PM will be considered Bad Behavior/Poor Sportsmanship.
Basically if you have a complaint or think your project was better then another students, you complain to the board in PM and not in the forum.
Once the board decides someone has shown Bad Behavior/Poor Sportsmanship there will be credit deduction from your overall grade.
Also the boards decision will be final, we have 6 members all looking at the same issue.
Breaking this rule will cost you points and possibly your student status in the Academy.

1st Violation - 2 Credits
2nd Violation - 5 Credits
3rd Violation - 15 Credits
4th Violation - You will be removed from the current semester.


The board can also decide to end your semester if the Bad Behavior/Poor Sportsmanship issue is determine to be severe.
At which time we will give a writeup to the PokéFarm staff and seek greater punishment.




Rules will be changed and added as needed. As we cannot see what issues would arise in the future, but we can add and change rules based on past experience and current events.
