I'm helping a friend of my make a team. Here's what we have so far..

Swampert @lefties
impish 252 hp/252 def
Avalanch - EQ - SR - Roar

Swampert lead. Ment to fufuill a support role later opposed to offing itself like most leads now in days. I's like a hippowdon lead but with no real recovery but has the abillity to hit flying types and dragons. Scouts out Lucario counters by roaring things around. I'd rather use Hippowdon on this team but they hate hippowdon with a passion and love Mudkips xD

Togekiss @lefties
Calm 252 hp/ 252 Sdef
Twave - Air Slash - Roost - Nasty Plot

Flinch hax. Mostly a good way to cause switches and spread status. Gave it nasty plot for sweep potential and perhapes spark more interesting switches. Still considering aura sphere, but I'd rather not.

Dragonite @Lefties
Calm 248 hp/ 216 Sdef / 44 spe
Heal Bell - Roost - Twave - Flamethrower

Clericnite, and the whole basis of this team really. I gave it flamethower due to my lack of a steel answere. Toxic could be better than twave to use on opposing walls, but I really want to slow things down for Lucario.

Vaporeon @Lefties
Modest 188 def / 252 SpA / 68 Spe
Surf - Fake Tears - Wish - Ice Beam

Fake tear vapy. More of a red mage than a cleric in comparison to its other sets. Causes swithces, heals the team, breaks walls and isn't very common. After reading some posts and checking a few ratios I found that Ica Beam would be far more effective coupled with surf opposed to using surf and hp(electric). I only really miss out on bulky waters which I can use as set up fodder for Rotom.

Rotom-Cut @Light Clay
Calm - 252 hp / 56 Def / 200 Sdef
Light Screen - Reflect - Shadow Ball - Hp (fighting)

As so long as that bulky water isn't named Suicune this bad boy will cause a switch. With a screen up a majority of this team can and will take on said Suicune with ease. Just throwing that out there. Tom tom here is my screen supporter, and is good at it. With his bulk combined with predictable offense/status combos causing switches and gaining screens will be more than easy. I chose Shadow Ball + HP due to the coverage really. It's high in my consideration to drop fighting for discharge or twave though, to aid whatever's coming in under them.

Lucario @Life Orb
That's all I can say for now, I can go one of 3 ways with this set. A Naughty Agillity sweeper with CC - Hp(ice) - Dark Pulse, an Adamant SubSalac beast running CC - SD - Crunch or a Jolly little SDer SD - Extreem Speed - CC - Crunch.
All have their perks, but their faults: Out pacing everything to either lack a major punch or to risk priority; or stay slow beast up risking it all. Right now I'm flashing eyes at the Sder and the SubSalac set, due to the power.

Looking good... can't wait to see it finished

Also, if you want a steel killer, look no further than Magnezone :)

scarfzone does a fantastic job vs Scizor as well, which is the most used poke in OU atm, and can be quite annoying to kill, but if you just switch it, you've got a quick KO if you have HP Fire

I would just suggest changing that HP on vap to something that can take out grass and electric...maybe ice? or ice beam

IMO.. I'd just replace Surf all together and go Pseudo-BoltBeam
