I'll just make comments on what I know, since I'm no expert at this kind of stuff:
Smeargle@Focus sash 132 HP/232 Speed
Sassy
Spore
Mean look
Taunt
Baton pass
Be wary of Taunt yourself--several leads have Taunt and that could ruin Smeargle altogether.
Mr mime@choice scarf/specs Quirky 252 SpA/142 speed/64 Spd
Trick
Baton pass
Thunderbolt
Psychic
Gastrodon @leftovers 252 HP/64 Defense Adamant
Mirror coat
Toxic
Surf
HP=Ice
Use Ice Beam over Hidden Power. I haven't used Mirror Coat, but Cammie (as you well know) runs Recover in that place and is Calm. Not sure on its EVs.
Kingdra@life orb 252 SpA/132 Speed
Brave
Outrage
Waterfall
DD
Ice beam
Swellow@toxic orb Hardy 252 speed/132 HP
Aerial Ace
U-turn
Facade
Protect
First off, unless you already have this and don't plan on breeding, go for Jolly over neutral Hardy. Secondly, I'd go for Brave Bird over Aerial Ace unless you're worried about recoil.
Gengar@Sticky Barb 252 speed/252 SpA
Bold
Shadow ball
Focus blast
Trick
Destiny bond
Isn't this supposed to be a lead? You might switch Gengar and Smeargle so that Gengar leads the team.
All of the above is mere opinion and observation; take it for what you will.

You may want to consider changing the nature on your Smergle as with it being Sassy then having speed IVs doesn't make that much sense.

Smeagle - Kurt hit it on the head. With no attacks on there, if your taunted and try to wait it out or it's your last poke, your going to Struggle your self to a semi-long and agonizing defeat.
Kingdra - Same that Slizer said about the Sassy Smeagle, change the nature from Brave since your adding Speed EVs to it. An adamant nature for your set would probably work the best seeing that a DD would then boost both your speed and attack in a much more positive way.
Swellow - since you have U-turn on one of the faster pokes in the game, it should be hanging around for a turn or two. For this reason, I would go with Flame Orb. In the long run, your going to be doing less damage to yourself if its out for more than 3 turns (I think). Another move to keep in mind is Sky Attack. Even thought it carries a 90% accuracy, it is a 140 STAB attack and that combined with your Guts boost is devastating.
Gengar - Move set is veeeerrry close to the one I ran in my gym. I had Thunderbolt instead of Trick....but I also ran a Focus Sash on 'em. Bold is a bad nature for him. Go with Timid so you can out speed and use Destiny Bond more effectively. If you do plan on sticking with trick, try tricking a choice item onto them as opposed to Sticky Barb. A Choice items on pokes that don't want them is a terrible thing to deal with. This gengar can be used as a lead but I always found it did the most damage in the middle of the game. It's speed, levitation and good resistances to Fight and Normal make it ideal for that. Plus, you can generally take out 2-3 pokes if Destiny is able to be used. Explosion would be another option but it just depends on your preference of annoyance.
Mr. Mime - I don't care to carry two baton passers, especially one that isn't passing anything but damage to another poke on the team. His Sp. Def is awesome but typing and move pool are a bit poor.
Gastrodon - Nature is not the best. You have a special attack grouping on an +attack -sp. attack nature. For gastrodon, you need one of the defenses boosted. It can take a heck of a ton of damage from non-grass attacks, especially if Recover is on it. Calm (+def, -att) or Bold (+Sp. A, -att) would work the best for your set. Mr. Mime has a nice Sp. Def and Kingdra is pretty even keeled with both defense so I would run Calm on it to give you a decent wall to take both types of attacks. With the large HP and Recover, it will make for a good poke to for teams to have to deal with.
Like baguio said, the biggest thing with your pokes is the natures. Natures and EVs are the biggest help in the battle so make sure to re-focus your efforts on those and it should help you out in the long run. Neat team and I hope to see it sometime in the future all polished off!
