Good game Matt42. It was a great opening for my first battle as the Hatchling gym leader. You have a good team,but Quarter managed to pull through. Even though Spaz and SMEELY didn't get much action,they managed to weaken your team. I got lucky by winning the speed tie twice i believe,if i have not you might have won.

Good game Razorbeam. Hooligen was a nightmare for Quarter, and I was suprised when Hooligen outsped AC DC. You had great uniqueness on your team, luckily Spaz was able to pull through for me. Feel free to come back in a week.

I was expecting a priority move from your quarter, you know LOL. i'm surprised with ACDC and Spaz survivng all those attacks . Great job as new gym leader :)

your team is super annoying LOL. i had it all planned but that wake up call ruined it. I still can't abosorb why Spaz is giving me the spasm :lol: 2x weakness and it did not crit.

I have to admit I was really surprised that Spaz survived a boosted super effective attack of that power, however I bred one of those earlier in my baby battle testing, so i know they are tough lil buggers. Nicely done with the speed ties in the beginning too, that probably cost me a fair bit also as it took a while to take your switch-in down (AC-DC i believe)

The key for my lead KOing Quarter was the STAB, I'm pretty sure.

Thanks, winning that speed tie on the 2nd and 3rd turns really helped me out. That and Cheese surviving the super effective hit in order to deal the final blow. Very similar to our last battle, things just went the other way.

I am really tired of those stupid crits!:mad:
And when us challengers are facing you for the shiny why can you use pokemon with only 2 evolutions and not 3? When you use the pokemon with 1 or only 2 evolutions that puts you in a huge lead because their speed is sometimes 7 and with sometimes better defences.

Just a note - I was able to defeat Empoleon with a shiny-eligible team, so it is very much possible. But he does have quite the beastly team, thats for sure!

Hey I was just looking over the allowed list and saw that Slowpoke was not highlighted as a Poké allowed to be used for the shiny badge.

It's not able to be used. It is a basic poke with 2 stage 1 evolutions.

Good Game Dragonitetrainer. Zoro scared me at first but Quarter managed to overcome it. Your second pokemon was cooland had me nervous because I couldn't of switched to who I would like to. You have a very solid team, SocketZ species always worries me (and paralyzes Ac DC O.o )

Yes, Quarter put me on a back slide right from the begining. I thought it was pretty unusual SocketZ and ACDC paralyzed each other. I really love Doomsey's species, and was a bit dissapointed he didn't get much play.

I seem to have a hole in my type coverage that I need to fix or ad least be more prepared for.

I enjoyed our battle, and will be ready for a rematch in a week.
