Okay, so i go to the underground, and what do i find but fossils! i've gained A LOT of fossils, but where do you go to turn them into pokemon?

Oreburgh City. The Fossil Museum, talk to the scientist behind the counter. He'll ask you for a fossil, make sure you have an open slot on your team. He'll ask you to step out and then when you come back. TA dada DA. You get your ancient poke.

Talk to the guy at the front desk of Oreburgh City's Museum. =)

In Oreburgh City, there is a musuem/laboratory in the Northeast. Talk to the man behind the counter, give him your fossil, walk out, then walk in and get it back from him.
