Rules against Embeding Videos?

To Moderators, are there rules against embeding YouTube videos? I can't find the forum rules for some reason so I posted this...

Far as I see, videos are allowed. Just follow the other rules of decency and be reasonable. These are Steve's rules however, and what he thinks about it is the final answer.

Oh god please don't tell me people are going to start filling the forums with youtube videos? It is so much easier to link to the video.

If you feel the need to embed a video make sure it is on topic and relevant.

I don't think it's possible to embed youtube videos unless the forum allows html coding, however.

... and in this case, it doesn't seem like that's the case for this forum.
