Trainer avators

How do you get the trainer avators next to your name?:confused:

I am not sure if you can have a trainer avatar without a badge but you might be able to obtain a generic one. You have to go to User CP > Avatars and change the type of Avatar to Generic. It should be there, but it may not. However, if you want a gym themed trainer, you are going have to obtain that gym's badge.
