If the pokemon doesn't want to eat anymore, will he eat like later on or something?

As far as I know, once a pokemon's sheen is full, it won't eat any more poffins. As the sheen level never goes down, the pokemon can never eat any more poffins.
I suppose this is a good thing, it makes it worth looking for good berries and getting good at making poffins. If you could feed them unlimited poffins, then contests would be a walk in the park and evolving feebas would be really easy :D

I need to evolve Feebas but his sheen is full, so what do I do? Start over?

I'm afraid so but yes. I traded for a febass in the GTS and the sheen was full, so I also have to start over with a new febass. I am working on growing alot of berrys to evolve it. I suggest using either pamtre or Ganlon berry's as those have the highest beauty level for berrys, aside from the micle berry, which hasn't been released yet.

wiki berries also work well. They can produce a good harvest on the bushes (I got 5 and the soil was dry when I harvested them, so I may have been able to get more), plus they can produce reasonable level poffins (I was producing levels 15 - 21).
I believe you can feed feebas 11 wiki berry poffins, so you need to average level 12 if that's the case, or level 17 if it's 10.
Essentially, feebas needs 170 beauty to evolve, so the best bet is create 10 poffins, feed them all to feebas and then level it 1 level. If it doesn't evolve, reset and try different berries. That way, you don't waste the feebas or the berries if you make a mistake.

It doesn't have to be maxed out all the way, just to 170. It can go to at least 200, possibly higher (I'd guess 255).

Another way to help increase the beauty rating is to make poffins with at least one other person. The level of the poffin that you make with one other person will be around double what it would be if you made it by yourself. That's how I evolved my Feebas into Milotic, and it didn't take that many poffins at all, I think I used 8 or so? But then, not all of them were poffins made with multiple people. Still, having a friend to help out with the poffins makes a HUGE difference!

Can you only make poffins with people through wireless, or does it work through wifi too?

Hmm, Feebas was far easier to evolve on ruby/sapphire in my opinion >_>
