It was actually a Level 75 Charizard I got from GTS. I'll actually be holding another Speedy Contest shortly as soon as I clear out my PalPad and get an answer from all of you to the following question:

Which Speedy Contest Format do you like better?

The first Speedy Contest was where the first 6 who replied to my post with their friend code got to choose their Pokemon in the order that they posted.

The second Speedy Contest was the one that just took place where everyone who wanted to participate posted their friend codes before 2:00 PM EST. I would then get onto WiFi and change my status to "TRADE." The first person to contact me for a trade would then get to choose. I would continue until my party had no more event Pokemon in it.

Please post, and there will be another speedy contest announced at 3:00 PM EST(I'm not getting ON at 3:00 PM EST, I'm announcing the contest at 3:00 PM EST.)

I don't ever intend on making it more complicated than a Bidoof or a Starly, both of which can be caught in about 5 seconds right outside of Twinleaf Town.

I would run both types concurrently, but I'm afraid that I don't have the time or the resources to run both...

I'm working on a few more contests that will be a little more fair to those with slow connections. However, as Nak has proved, it is possible to have a slow connection and still win this particular contest.
