How exactly does one do such a thing?
I've heard that you have to catch a ditto with amazing stats, but the chances of that are nil, aren't they?

Not to toot my own horn, but this post here (http://forum.pokefarm.com/showthread.php?t=1615) I believe can answer almost any question of IV breeding.
