What's High School Like?

Kay, I know it's still kinda the beginning of the school year but I just want to know what High School is like anyway. I'm in the 8th Grade and just want to prepare for the worst and the best

Wow when I went to school 7th grade started high school. Now they have added a middle school to the high school I went to and the middle school consist of 6,7, and 8th grade. I would like to help you out, but that was too long ago for me to remember, plus 10th, 11th, and 12th grade are kinda blur. I did alot of partying back then.

it really depends on where you live and what school you go to. for me, high school is like middle school, except with older kids and harder work.

Yeah, when I went to school we had 4 elementry schools, 1 middle school, and 1 high school. So when you went from elementry to middle school there were suddenly a bunch of new kids you didn't know. Going from middle school to highschool on the other hand wasn't much of an adjustment. More work, same kids, the difference was that the people ahead of you could drive & tended to do more interesting things on the weekend.

In Engalnd, we have Primary School which is Nursery-6th Grade, then Secondry School, which is 7th Grade-13th Grade if we want to. But some people leave at 11th Grade. I'm in 8th Grade, and it is quite easy once you get started. I knew some people already, and the others sort of intergrated into us. You get into a routine, and then you get on with it.
