Pokerus

Hey! I know what pokerus is and everything, and how it supposedly gets passed around, but I've been battling with my infected Staraptor for about half and hour, and my Luxio hasn't yet become infected yet. When I was battling yesterday, my Totodile contracted it in five minutes. Could it be that Staraptor is no longer infectious? It still says PKRS next to Staraptor, so idk.

Is Luxio next to Staraptor in your lineup? I think it can only spread if they are :)

yeah it is, plus on the other side is my Feraligator, who is also infected.

hmm, apparently it's a 30% chance of being spread, so maybe just bad luck

haha, my unhatched egg contracted it, but neither my pachi nor my luxio got it... could it be because they are both shiny? hmmm....

not heard anything about shinies not being able to get it :?

hmmmmm. oh well. I'll try to get some other infected I suppose :)

It might be worth checking to make sure that there isn't a little smiley face next to luxio's picture when you view it's summary. If there is, then it's already had pokerus and therefore can't get it again.

More likely, it's just bad luck.
