http://forum.pokefarm.com/images/statusicon/forum_new.gifHello, I am Islander Jon, a fairly new member to PokéFarm, but a long-term fan of the Pokémon Games. I have always loved breeding because of the anticipation I gain after every better Pokémon that pops out of that little green-spotted egg!
Island Farm Rules!!!
1.) I do not trade hacked Pokémon, therefore I expect not any hacked Pokémon in return. If I do, you'll go on the Blacklist
2.) Please arrange trades in this thread. If I have missed your post after three days or more, feel free to PM me
3.) Absolutely NO REDISTRIBUTING my Pokémon. If you find someone redistributing my Pokémon that I worked so long and hard for to obtain, please tell me and they will be punished!
4.) IVs are in this order: Hit Points (HP)/Attack (Atk)/Defense (Def)/Special Attack (Sp.Atk)/Special Defense (Sp.Def)/Speed (Spd)
5.) All of these Pokémon are bred by me, therefore they all can be nicknamed, just request a Nickname in your post
6.) All Pokémon are at Level 1 unless otherwise stated
My Farmed Pokémon:
-Pokémon that have been bred by me in the past

Buneary
Nature: Jolly (Spd+, Sp.Atk-)
Hidden Power: (Will determine soon!)
Ability: Klutz
IVs: 31/31/27/x/25/31
Moves:
Defense Curl
Foresight
Sky Uppercut <--Egg Move
Switcheroo <--Egg Move
-This Pokémon is built to have a Switcheroo effect. Equip this Buneary with a Burn Orb, Toxic Orb, Choice Specs/Band whatever and Switcheroo it to your opponent to do damage on them. Even if by that little chance you choose not to switch it that turn, the Item will still not effect it due to Klutz

Breeding Projects:
-Pokémon that I am working on farming
http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/dpmfb/dpmfb133.png---->http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/dpmfb/dpmfb135.png
-I am currently working on farming an Eevee that was bred to be used as a Jolteon. I plan to have the Eevee hold Thunderstone while trading to save you the hassle of going underground to dig for one.
My Plan:
Nature:Timid (Spd+, Atk-)
Ability: Volt Absorb
IVs: 25+/x/20+/31/25+/31
Moves:
-Bred w/ Wish

Islander Jon's Ten-Step Plan to Perfect Pokémon!
(Well, not really perfect...)
Step One
Pick a Pokémon to Breed
-Choose that one Pokémon that you want to breed. Study the Egg Group and moves of the Pokémon. People usually choose a Pokémon that is in high demand on specific Pokémon websites and/or forums.
Step Two
Decide What Egg Moves Are Going to Be On it
-Probably one of the most important things about Pokémon is Egg Moves. It gives people taking the time to breed Pokémon an edge in battle. For example, a Competitive Phanpy/Donphan wouldn't be as popular as it is without the ever-so-helpful speedy Ice Shard as an Egg Move.
Step Three
Decide the Nature of the Pokémon
-Really important, too! The Nature is neccessary, essential even, to breeding an excellent competive Pokémon. Just think how useless it will be to have Tyranitar with a Modest Nature and having all Physical Moves. It will have minor sweeping capabilities
Step Four
Decide the IV Spread You Want on it
-The MOST Important part of your Pokémon Breeding is the Individual Values. From 0 to 31, without these, you would be swept by a Salamence no problem. Each Competitve Pokémon usually have those two important stats that are very important and are neccessary to have 29+ IVs in. There is usually those one or two stats that don't matter whatsoever. These are usually marked with an /x/ slash signalling an unimportant stat. To have a good competitive Pokémon, the other stats should be 20+. IVs are usually displayed as HP/Attack/Defense/Special Attack/Special Defense/Speed.
Step Five
Pick Your Parents
-Your parents are important in determining IVs. With an Everstone, they are aslo important in determining Nature. Your parents are vital to your Pokémon! It is handy to keep an Egg Group Guide saved to your computer or have one in your ever-so-handy Favorites section. Pick your parents that are compatible and have good IVs
Step Six
Patience
-Talk to the old man in front of the Day Care to see how much your Pokémon like each other. If they prefer to play with other Pokémon, they're not compatible. If they love each other...I hear childres. Be patient and wait for the egg to form. It's handy to have the Pokétch Application: Day Care Checker, to see the progress of the egg coming along.
Step Seven
Get Your Egg
-After those few minutes or so, the Pokémon will have bred an egg. Talk to the old man in front of the Day Care Center and if you have an open party slot, he will give you the egg. If you talk to the lady inside, she will ask you to see her husband.
Step Eight
Warm it Up
-Make sure to have a Pokémon with Flame Body or Magma Armor in your party. It will provide "warmth" for your egg and it'll take less steps to hatch it. Set your Pokétch Application to the Step Counter and start riding your bike (in the faster gear) up and down the Solaceon Town strip that you probably know about.
Step Nine
Hatch & Breed, Hatch & Breed
-You may or may not get that perfect Pokémon you wanted the first time. Just store it and try again. This is where extreme patience comes in as you may be breeding eggs all day long. But that one thing you always keep in your head is how the long hours of breeding will pay off in the end when you breed that fantastic Pokémon that everyone craves.
Step Ten
Wow yourself!
-When you get that Pokémon you've wanted since the day last week you started, give yourself a pat on the back. You deserved it, after all. Now everyone will be trading for that one Pokémon you've bred!
--That's it for my Ten-Step Breeding Guide! Hope you breed awesome Pokémon!
