Chimchar moveset

First of all I cant get the moveset i want I make sure my 2 pokemon Im breeding have the desired moves I want my newly hatched pokemon to have..and when they hatch they have rubbish moves like pound,growl,tackle please help me .

oh and can anyone come up with a good moveset for chimchar??
