What does this mean? I have seen it on the main page.

It stands for same type attack bonus. If a pokémon uses an attack the same type as it, the attack gets an extra 50% power. For example if a pikachu and a meowth have the same stats and both know thundenderbolt, the pikachu's thunderbolt attack will be 1.5 times as strong as the meowth's because thundebolt and pikachun are both the electric type.
