I'm not sure what we're discussing here ... the literal colour of your trainer card when you look at it in the menu, or your class or whatever which is determined by actions in-game?

I am very confused.

ok, on the game, when you press X and open up the window, then click your name, what color is that card? and does it have any stars in the upper right corner of your card....(your card also has the badges/jewels on the bottom screen and your info e.g. how much money you have)

What do you get stars for?

You get a star for completing each of the following tasks:
- Defeat the Elite 4
- Win at least 1 Master Rank Super Contest
- Win 100 consecutive battles in the Battle Tower
- Earn a Platinum Flag in the Underground by Capturing 50 flags
- Complete the National Pokedex (excluding Event-only Pokemon)

For each star you earn, your trainer card changes colors. For 1 star the card is blue, 2 stars is Bronze, 3 is Silver, 4 is Gold and 5 is Black.

I knew they were for tasks but I didn't know what the tasks were.
