chapter 1
Baton passer
Baton pass- a move that passes stat changes to your next pokemon. Also passes mean look/perish song effects.
Baton passing is a great weapon to have on a team. Being able to give a stat boost to other pokes and also pass on subs and even trap your oponents with a mean look can turn a hopeless battle in your favor.
One of the best baton passers is Ninjask. it is the 2nd fastest in the game and can use swords dance while getting more speed from its ability "speed boost".

Baton pass
This is a ninjask to start the battle with to avoid stealth rock. Its simple 1st you protect to boost speed. then sword dance. if you need more speed you can protect once more or you can just baton pass to another pokemon. make sure you pass to someone who can take a hit and use the atk/spd effectivly.

Evs 252/hp 252/spd

substitute
swords dance
x scissor
baton pass
This is for ninjask to come in late in the battle. This to is simple. just sub untill your berry kicks in. leichi for atk petaya for sp atk. This is a great way to get speed to an already powerful yet slow beast. and if you luck out you can get an SD in and maybe pass a sub.

mean look
Here we have a very defensive poke. first mean look the opponent to trap them. then to further annoy them you can toxic them or confuse ray b4 the mean look. then you can use wish b4 passing to heal your next pokemon. Baton pass to a pokemon that can easily take down the opponent. They wont be able to switch due to mean look. easy way to take down a pesky wall.

A wall is a pokemon that is used to absorb the opponents attacks with thier high defences and HP. There are walls for special atks and physical atks sometimes both at the same time.

Evs 252/hp 252/sp def
item/leftovers
seismic toss (only available from move tutor)
thunder wave
softboiled
Heal bell
Shes used to swith in on special atks. Her huge hp and sp def make it nearly immposible to take it down in less then 4 attacks. and with T wave to cripple speedsters, soft boiled to heal, and Heal bell to cure other psn, brn, slp teamates its no wonder shes common in competitive battle. seismic toss for offense of course.

Evs 252/hp 252/def

Roar
stealth rock
roost
drill peck/spikes
This guy can come in on a physical hit set up a stealth rock/spikes and roar you out b4 you have a chance to take it down. And all your attacks mean nothing when roost can restore half its hp. Drill peck for some offense or spikes for more hazards. The only real threat is a magnet pull pokemon like magnezone. It can trap Skarm and T bolt it to death. Shed shell fixes that.Shed shell allows you to switch out even if magnet pull keeps you in.

Relaxed/Sassy Nature
Evs 252/Def 252/Sp Def 4/Atk
item/leftovers
pain split
thunder punch
shadow sneak
will o wisp
This ghost has good defences to block any attack.Only downside being a low 40 Hp base.First you gotta will o wisp to give the opponent a brn especially if its a physical attacker. Brn lowers atk. Shadow sneak for revenge kills.Thunder punch just for type coverage. Pain split is a must. when your Hp is lower then your opponent pain split lowers thier Hp and retores yours.

swords dance/x scissor
This beast can out speed alot and can dish out the damage. If you go with Focus sash a good strategy for that is to imediatley sword dance to survive the hit and take out pretty much anything one hit. If you choose life orb use x scissor over SD for more type coverage.

Its time for me to add to this. Next is annoyers followed by hazers.
An annoyer uses moves that confuse paralyze poisen or burn usually while recovering hp. A hazer is a poke usually very fast that can use haze or a move like roar to get rid of stat changes. When roar or whirlwing is used its called a phazer.

Annoyer
:272:
Calm nature
Evs-252/HP 252/Sp Def 4/Sp Atk
Item-leftovers
Leech seed
toxic/synthesis
energy ball/grass knot
surf/synthesis
This guy can be truly annoying. Leech seed+ leftovers=annoying recovery. You can even use synthesis just in case. Toxic along with leech seed hurts too. Energy ball is a safer route the grass knot but if the enemy is heavy then knot is alot better. Rain dance and the rain dish ability is something to consider but leech seed and toxic is enough IMO.

Hazer
:169:
Jolly/Adamant nature
EVs- 252/Atk 252/Spd 4/HP
Item-Black sludge/Wide lens
Haze
Cross poisen/Zen headbutt
U-turn
Hypnosis
Simple hazer. You bring it in on a poke that has stat changes and use haze to eliminate them.Everyone loves to use hypnosis with Crobat thats why its Cross poisen/Zenhead butt. If you accidently poisen the foe then hypnosis wont work so Zen headbutt is an option. You can use wide lens with hypnosis.U-turn to get a hit in while swithing out.
*see skarmory post for phazer.*
