I have a question about Quiet Nature

I have a pokemon with a quiet nature and it has a mischevieous Characteristic thing so wot would happen would it rise 4x quicker or something plz help

quiet nature is +sp atk -speed
meschevious means it has 26 or 31 ivs in sp atk.

meschevious is good if you want high sp atk. but quiet makes it less speedy. what poke is it

the iv calculator wont work on a lvl 1 poke.level it up to lvl 20.make sure you keep track of its evs when leveling it up. quiet is a ok nature to have on lapras cuz its so slow.

I didn't know that there persinality has to do with there Iv's so then I have a level 20 sheildon with a Brave nature and Good Persiverence persinality what does that mean

1st you dont have to level that lapras up i'll iv battle you if you want
2nd do pokemon recieve ev's through exp. share,and if so how is he supposed to keep track of them when leveling his lapras up if he so chooses

Yes any pokemon that gains exp. from a battle, also gains EV's. Unlike exp. though the value of the EV's are not split, each pokemon will recieve the full EV amount.

To keep track of EV's you would need to keep a record of what pokemon you've battled.

Those are good level 1 stats.

Those stats are the basic stat all Lapras would start with. The only difference between Lapras would be their nature, which would add 1 point or subtract one point to the stats belonging to that nature. Your IV don't show in your stat until you start going up levels. Level 2 would give you more of an idea of IVs, but only a small change. In an IV calculator at level one you would see your IVs at 0-31 ranged, at level 2 it could change to 1-30 and so on until it becomes one solid number.

its rare so just keep tryin. i ran into a couple trying to get a shiny snubull. maybe they only apear on diamond.

They don't since I've seen Tauros and I have Pearl, so Tauros appears in both versions.
