Well apparently if they get enough clicks over varying periods of days (think its mostly a week) they'll decide to hatch into dragons. Apparently.
I haven't actually managed to get them to hatch so far and it seems that its forbidden to post them in your sigs on their own forum, so I can't actually verify that for myself yet ^^
