Everyone has until Dec 3 to finish battling round 1. If you do not battle for whatever reason but you are both active Nak will randomly pick who advances.

Shiny Lucario and i had a draw. Then he won the 2nd. Now i really wish i had taken the win. Congrats Shiny.

Thanks, and it would be unfair for you to take the win since it was a draw. That is, unless you made a rule about it beforehand or something.

It was a good match though, can't wait for the next.

It actually kind of had been fair since in my last tourny Narnad and pimen had a draw and i gave the win to narnad cuz his poke killed the other one first. But it is my fault i dident put the rule down so i have to take the loss.

NEW RULE

When there is a draw the person who killed the other one first gets the win.

Hmm, I'm still not sure whether thats fair since (I'm assuming there was a tie with the Life Orb) if the pokemon did not have the additional boost from the Life Orb, would it have been able to kill the opponents pokemon?

Also, about the new rule. What happens if there is a tie as the result of a Destiny Bond or Explosion?

it counts for all those things. destiny bond life orb a berry anything. The way i see it the first poke to fall loses.

We should build a rules list like other sites use. One rule I know of is not being able to use Explosion, Selfdestruct, Perish Song, an Destiny Bond if you and your opponent both only have 1 Pokemon.

Yeah, that would be the Self-KO clause. But building are own rule list would be useful so there are no more misunderstandings about the rules.

The rule I have seen (and is actually an option in Battle Revolution) is that if a move is used which causes the last Pokemon on each team to faint, the team that used the move is considered the looser.

So Explosion, Perish Song, Destiny Bond, Life Orb faints, and so on *can* be used, you just may end up with a loss by Technical Foul if you aren't careful.

Man its snooooooowing here. Took me dang near 2 hours to get home. Only have been home for about 15 minutes and have already heard 4 accidents (live in town and on a very very steep hill).
