No we do not.

I am a bit leery of having an unmoderated chat room feature on the site.

Yeah, especially with all these children though..........although an interesting idea. Not sure half these kids would know how to use it either. :lol:

This was talked about before, the IRC thing. I said at the time it would not be as functional, for the same reason geezer has mentioned. I used IRC for a guild I was in for Ultima Online and I had trouble setting it up and modifying it. It would open another door for MODs to be flooded with, I can't get this to work. I don't have that kinda patience.

I agree with Buzz and Steve, plus what's wrong with what we have now? :) We never have to miss a convo b/c it's all here saved on the forum.

It would cut down on the thanks for the trade post, but have you ever seen the Serebii JAVA chatroom? It is a constant spam of Trading Piplups PM me. You can't read anything on the chatroom because as soon as one line is entered the screen fills with 20 more.

I agree with you bugcatcher we dont want kids to be getting in any danger or anything because we dont know who could go in there and also if it anything like the serebii chat room it woud make farming alot harder to do. Personally I like things the way they are you guys have done a great job making this work and I enjoy coming on here and posting and making trainer cards for people I have learnt alot for while I have been on here. So all i can say is keep up the great work
