cause the egg moves are always passed down from the father and if the father salamance dont know dragon dance it wont be passed down and you were surprised by what?

They're egg moves. This means that you can get a bagon with dragon dance by breeding either a male gyrados, altaria, dragonite, dragonair, dratini, horsea, seadra, or kingdra that knows dragon dance with a female bagon, shelgon, or salamence, and presto, the baby will have the move.
You can get it on tyranitar by "chain breeding". In this case, you breed a charmander/melion/izard, lapras, or totodile/crocanaw/feraligater with any of the pokemon i listed above that it is compatible with (breeding wise), and then breed any of those with tyranitar.
