Hello, I just need a quick breefing on pokemon breeding. I need to know things such as what pokemon comes out of the egg if its from the mom or dad. If ditto can be used with males sor with females to get the pokemon that you put in (could really use it for starters) and so on. So if you have a lot of knowledge about this please let me know. Thanks!

The hatched PKMN comes from the mom, while the attacks come from the dad. Ditto can breed with either, and you'll get the Pokemon that's not Ditto. The only way to breed Ditto itself is to put in two Dittos.

Natures also come from mum / ditto. If you give mum / ditto an everstone to hold then there is a 50% chance that the baby will have mum's / ditto's nature.
