Let me start by saying, *If this needs to be moved, move it....I'm sorry*
Just a little bit of advice.....I'm very easy to get along with, but when someone asks for something and I stop what I'm doing to help them out, It's a little rude to have to wait forever in wi-fi just to find out that they have logged off or are too busy trying to find something else....
I'm not pointing any fingers, but please have a little respect for other people and when you ask someone to trade, be there.....
If you have a reason not to show, please send them a pm and let them know...:-D
Thanks...:-D
P.S.
Am I the only one going through this????????

No your not alone. I know there are occasionaly circumstances which arise, but those aside at least send a PM letting the person know whats going on.
Yes i had this done a few times... but after the 3rd time they bail on you, your a little hesitant to try and trade with the same person again

I just wrote a thread in the moderator's section about this. I know we have alot of younger children on this site, but come on. I have spent an hour waiting for someone and when I get tired of waiting and logout, I get a rude PM saying I no showed or whats the deal. I am going to stop there before I get going.

Wow, and i thought being five minutes late was bad, jeez an hour!? Duuuuuuude :o I loved how one of our past members said they'd battle me and never showed up and never bothered to tell me. This person was too busy watching t.v. apparently..........funny how this person probably should have bothered to PM me, but didn't >.> I guess i wasn't important enough for a PM.........

We have been adding infractions for tardiness. Unlike many of the older Pokemon sites out there much of what we do here involves using the Wi-Fi connectivity on the DS.

I am sorry for my recent string of crankiness. I am just overstressed and I have to remember not to bring it to work with me. I apologize for any rudeness I have shown over the last few days.

I just wanted to share this with everyone...I have started keeping track of members who have been rude to me and when I'm approached by them, I will kindly tell them "No". I'm sorry, but it seems that the same people are repeat offenders (so to speak)....They ask for a trade and don't show, then make excuses....Ask for something of high value and never say "Thanks"......I can go on, but won't......
People are human and make mistakes, but to do it over and over......
I really hate that I have a list like this, but my time is important to me and wasting it really upsets me.....

That'd be interesting................pokefarm's wall of shame or something, lol. It's not exactly a good or bad idea to have a public list of those who are no shows or trade-ditchers. The up side of that is people will know who NOT to go to for trades and what to expect of other members. The downside to it all, it's kinda alienating those individuals who are on the list, and this places "friendly" feeling will kind of be lost. Erm, iono, i'm just throwing it out there for thought......

I already asked Steve about a blacklist of such for people that either trade hacks or are poor traders. He did not want a list on the site. That is where the red H badge comes in for those that trade hacked Pokemon. I see no reason that farmers cannot add a list in their farms that deny trades to certain people. That way if one person is faithful in trades with one person, but not with another, that member is not a complete outcast. With trades I will trade to anyone, but anymore I am not keep a Pokemon longer then a week for anyone. I would like to release them or trade them away after 4 days, but I said a week because sometimes I cannot trade everyday.
Cowmoo I am sorry you feel I was taking my anger out on you. I hear that alot from people that get alot of infractions. I don't target people. I check every thread and post on this site daily. If you make a mistake, it does not go unnoticed. I hunt for infractions not people and the BugCatcher is always on target.
