We farm today, for better batteling tommoro(bit of a weird slogan but best i could do lol)

I started out wanting to own a farm, i was gunna open it myself, until i found starptor when nak advised me to talk to him as we would get on. I asked 'so do you own a far' He said 'yes but im closing it' We decided to partener up, and have done with the help of spurs and my other freinds, we hope to make a good farming service for all.

I will open with totodiles with this moveset

Protect
Surf
Blizzard
Dig

Magbys move set is decided it will be the following

Focus punch
Iron Tail
Over heat
Flamethrower

Bonslys move set will be as follows

Rock Slide
Mimic
Faint Attack
Rock Tomb

These will evolve to sudowodo at level 2, move sets have changed alot for this pokemon, cos as i was hatching totodile, i forgot to keep checking the sudowodo lol.

Well ive now got to decide a new pokemon to farm, lets put it something in q&a. But i have got another pokemon in mind for before then.

i just came up with a suggestion.... How about shieldon!!! I would get one!!!(breed for IVs and people would really go for them, your farm would be popular!!)

heres a moveset to consider... Metal Burst, stone edge, curse, taunt. EV 252 HP/6 atk/252 Sdef Sassy nature. yes, I got this off a moveset place, and its really good! tHe EVS are for if you wanted to train one! :D

I word of advice, please don't follow Smogons move-set completely. Smogon has turned every Pokemon in a cookie cutter project. I look at Smogon for ideas and I test their move-sets and then I tweak them to my battle style.

You know you complained when I gave you an infraction for this thread. You said you guys were trading Pokemon and I have yet to see anything more then chatting between 3 people. I am glad to see that my original judgment of this not being a total farming thread and the infractions were just is the giving. I would suggest if you don't have anything to trade yet, you say so and have this thread moved or closed. If I see more chatter between the 3 members of this farm and no actual trading going on, I will hit all 3 members with infractions and I will close this thread.


You said I wrongly gave you an infraction for this thread. Look back from post 1 until this post and tell me that infraction was not right.

Wow post #23 to say you are now open. I noticed that my comment in my last post was ignored. Seriously though, I know it is human nature to want to argue infractions, but I am very rarely wrong with them. I saw rarely because I have only ever reversed 1 infraction, but that member went and ruined that gesture of kindness.

Does this mean arguing an infraction is a no no? Well no, but you should have some hard facts to support your argument. Like links to the thread and quotes to show me. All the PMs I get arguing infractions and not one has ever had any facts to back it up. They just argue for the sake of arguing.

Just to say, i dont decide what other people post, the questions they post, im just awnsering, i didnt devide to get to page 3 and not open, ive been trying to get a gr8 farm, but in are group of three, im the only 1 who has started, and completed a progect. Spurs is working hard to get a move set for a certain steel pokemon. But plz close this remembering how hard it is to open a good farm.

I think it's fine. You have to also consider that during this time of year a lot of people are unavailable for trades since they're out and about with their friends and relatives.

:) I'm sure if you continue in the future you'll get more trades.

First off your thread did not start the event until the 3rd page. Which other people have might have also thought that this was a chatting post and did not want to post in it because this is the farm section. That is why I gave an infraction. Most people look at the first page and then post, this thread you have to dig around before finding anything that resembles a farm.

I'd like to also add that you should probably just stick with one pokemon next time -- some people do two, but three is really pushing it.

I actually have no clue what Pokemon are being bred here. I think I saw Bonsly, Totodile, maybe an Onix. I really don't know.

Aron is being bred move set still to be confarmed

Magby is also being bred moveset is set but im waiting for clarification from staraptormaniac.

Spiritomb will be bred, but as a move set is hard to get if its good, it will take time. Also we have had a request for sheildon, they will be done soon.

OMG stop with that the huge text. You should very rarely need to go larger then size 4. Anything else takes up way to much space when you do an entire post that way.

I know you guys are new farmers, but you really need to look at other farms. Look at those that have the sub-forum farms, how do you see with huge text? How many have polls asking what to breed. You are the farmers, you breed and people will be in line to get them. Trust me there are always people in line for Pokemon. However I have noticed one thing. One thing that farmers with alot of infractions or huge text and a number of other things new farmers do, have a very small client list. Most people pass it off as we are new it takes time. I can tell you that alot of members that trade for farm Pokemon, don't want to request in a thread that could possible draw trouble their way. Although they cannot really get into trouble, but

@_@ I don't do much breeding in the farm that I participate in, but I can tell you one thing as a customer: I am really confused when I read your thread.

I have absolutely no clue what you're breeding.

It would be very helpful if you either made a new thread for each event that you do OR you edit your first post. Everyone has the power to edit their posts in any thread, there's no expiration time -- SO USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.
