These are the converted times when the news will be going up, when you use the time that HMTKSteve gave us, just for to make things clear for all of you who aren't very familiar with the timezones. If I've made any mistake or forgot a crucial type of timezone, just say so and I'll edit this post.

Well, think of EDT as GMT-5. So that's half an hour before you.

When it's 9EDT, it will be 9:30(whatever it is you are).

For me, when it's 9EDT, it will be 6:00PST b/c I am GMT-8.

It's just a matter of having the Colsseum Bonus disk,which is hard to come by, and to get more than one of them, you have to keep restarting your game.
