Togetick to togekiss?

Ive got a shiny stone, and im just wondering, should i get a rlly strong moveset before evolving it. Any suggestions?

it wont matter wat way u do it i can get u an extra one if u do and it doesnt work out

i just evloved it before giveing it a good move set

It does have some pretty good moves i can get from the move person, the guy, who re-teaches moves. My tegepi isnt evolving, argg, oh well this calls for sothe bell lol.

the items on the second floor in the big mall they biuld friendship if u max all them out (give it to the until it says the item will not have any efect) that maxs the friend ship

The only things that really matter that you can't get as a togekiss are possibly Magical Leaf, Ancient Power, and Wish. Everything else is the same. Magical leaf is useful for those rock types, but you can get aura sphere as a togekiss to do the same. Wish is okay since it restores you one turn later and such, and ancient power is your only special rock move, and it can raise your stats.
It's up to you what you want to do though.
