This will be a standard tourny for the Mine gym.

Rules

No ubers/legends
Evasion clause
Species clause
Item clause is off
Sleep clause
Santa clause
No one hit KO moves
No last turn self destruct

Anyone who isnt in the boulder tourny can start battling now. Please pm your opponent to agree on a time to battle.

The Santa Clause is a clause that prevents the use of Stanler. lol

I believe WCN was joking.

Duplicate Items are fine. :-D

I'm somewhat scared for the fight with Father Goblin. I'm confident in my battle skills, but from what I hear, Father Goblin is going to be tough. I have no idea what to bring, but I'm pretty much decided on what I want to bring.
So... anyone else have their team ready should they win this thing? That's what I've been up to lately. :P
Oh, and I should be battling him tonight.

Wait... Six choice scarfs are viable? :\ I'll grit my teeth and hope it doesn't happen.

Battle result: 3-0 in my favor. Nice Battle Father Goblin! I liked your lead, but I was a bit confused about some of your move choices. One thing I'm happy about is that I'm really used to combating some of your pokemon. I liked your team. Nice balance.

sorry for asking again weastcoastninja but i want to make sure if i understand right cause remember i dont speak english fully so i can get confuse in rules.so if i use a totodile in the first round them on the second round i could use any other poke except ubers right?

If I did not mention it in the rules list do not ask about it. So lets say my rules look like this...

no ubers
item clause
species clause

See how I didnt mention if you could switch between rounds? Well I never said you couldent so just try not to worry about it and just follow the listed rules.

Nah, I don't roll like that. I don't even let my brother watch gym battles, because then it's fair to the gym leaders. Once he's done battling them once though, all bets are off.
Also we were just talking about the concept of Utility. Also, I've got my own team. I don't have time to go out and make counters if I did know what you had. :P

Yeah but the prize for this tournament is huge and each person was selected for their dedication and having the last battle still in limbo, raises some concern on the reliability of the next Gym Leader. No offense and you can ask any other Gym Leader current or past, I don't let a gym set idle for to long before I start ranting for a change in the Gym. Not trying to boast or be mean, but I have pushed for about 75% of the Gym Leaders past to be removed. I was talked into signing up to be a Gym Leader by NikolaTesla and Nikola was the only Gym Leader I know of that stepped down as a Gym Leader. Nikola knew the responsibilities of a Gym Leader and the dedication it took and stepped down so someone else could keep the Beacon Gym running at the highest level of any Gym. I try my hardest to keep that way of running a Gym alive here.

Just a side note to former Gym Leaders, I know it seems like I was rude in pushing for changes, but know this Nak is my best friend on this site and she is also a Gym Leader. She has talked about maybe not being as active here soon and she would step down if it became to severe. I would push for a change in her Gym as well if she was a one day a week Gym Leader. That does not mean Gym Leaders need to be online 7 days a week, 6 should be enough.

Great Battle Babel ^^ You deserved to win no matter what happend because of the accident you made on our first match. For once, In a long time I actually found a pokemon that is even stronger both offensivley and defensively than my spiker lol^^ It was an honour to battle you... Im a bit disapointed that my "special" wall didnt get to do much because of SR but heh, you live you learn ^^
And do remember ;) I will be coming back for a rematch

Thanks, this was my first ever competitive battling team and I'm very proud of them. And my old hate for Blissey has been rekindled, lol. I'm looking forward to a rematch as well. And the accident he was referring to is I accidentally ran when I was up 6-3, lol. Thanks for being so understanding about that, lol.
