Hey, whoever this concerns (most likely the gym leader) when the gym system first came out, I was unsure how it worked. I thought you made a request to be in the thingy, then you battle the leader, so I made the request. Then there was a switch of leaders, and somebody gave me a badge, but I haven't battled the gym leader yet. I just wanted to like let yall know that

i only got 6 request......

and they all had like two weeks old...

so i cleaned up them.......

plus ace had the boulder badge since a long time ago

Wonder if I should close this thread again or wait awhile and see if anyone else will be honest and admit to getting a badge without fighting the Gym Leader?

That actually happened to me too long time ago. after my battle with Steve for the boulder badge. i won and i got Boulder and Forest at the same time. Of Course, i told Steve about it to make the correction. :D So it happens.

Well jauco accerdently gave me the badge, i didnt even realise lol. The moment jauco told me i jumped into group membership and left the group. Im a good guy two =)

and buzz that the only accidental badge i gave but is gone by this time...so i guess there is no problem...it was because i didnt know how to use the join group menbership request by that time...
