Power Herb

I was recently browsing over some items to choose for my Staraptor to hold and came across an interesting one: Power Herb.
Now my Staraptor knows Fly for ease of transport and I do prefer it to Brave Bird in battle, however, this Power Herb would make Fly an absolutely immense move by removing the one turn charge up.
My only question is: are there any limits on the use of this item?

The power herb allows imidiate use of an attack that requires charging, but disappears after one use. In wifi battles I think this would mean you can only use it once in a battle but you will still have it after the battle is over. This is how the one use berries work so I thought it would be similar. You can obtain one at the Battle Park for 32bp.:-D
