Post it in the individual pokemons thread. They are found in the General Trades, and are catagorized by region.

So if I needed a skarmory iv breeded, I have to go to the johto families, or can I just put it with all those other threads?

This sounds Smogon like. I am not aware of anyone that takes request to breed for IVs. I am sure there might be somebody, but that just sounds to Smogon like to me.

Well, I might be able to help since I plan on breeding a new version of Can O' Beans and I'll be breeding for perfect defense, attack, and HP(my ideal Skarmory is 31/31/31/X/25+/25+, lol I might get lucky one day). I usually get some extra pokemon with decant IVs and I usually give/trade them away to members here since I feel bad just releasing.. If I come across an extra one with good IVs in HP and Def I'll message you, since your requested IVs should be much easier to come by than my "ideal" IVs, lol. I'm not making any promises though, and I'd wouldn't want you to redistribute it. I'm familiar with Smogon Breeder Shops.
