Allright, so a minute ago, I'm looking at the bottom of the main page, and there is a member called "I love te hacking!" and everytime I click to see their profile, I can't go there. Is this some joke by the mods, or is there a glitch or even hack in place?

This happens to me sometimes too. I've always wondered why though.

Newly created accounts don't allow you to access their profiles right away. Wait a little bit and they will show up. But I was curious on that same member as well.

Oh.... I just thought it was like a joke with the name. I thought it was a bot or something.

That happens when new people try to join and are not yet approved by the Administrators. From this guys PMs I received, he will not be a forum member. His goal was to get on this site and show everyone why hacked Pokemon are better then bred Pokemon. He wanted to show the Gym Leaders that hacked were better then all the Gym Leaders Pokemon combined.

I would watch that he-he. I think it is a current member trying to harass me. The IP Address checks out as a current members IP Address.

people like that only have one purpose: bugging the menber.
it just like the movie mewto return...at the end mewto knew he was wrong about the clone pokemon and certain hacked...
obviously that person doesnt know the art of breed the pokemon, train and raise them...
maybe one of the recent menber with the H of trade in hacked pokemon.....uh? how could be?

That's kind of frightening, I mean, what if we have already traded with the current member and we were given hacks without our knowledge, that'd be bad.

I can't say the names of the current member. I did find that this current member did make 2 accounts, but one has 0 post so it would not really get the member banned, but the 2nd account banned. But I need to be more sure then just IP Addresses.

No that was in reference to the question about cheese108. T roo already posted about coming back from a ban and I used it as an example to show how IP Addresses can sometimes get the wrong people in trouble.

I thought nothing was more sure than IP addresses, seeing as how they are assigned to the individual computer. I'm not the most computer savvy person in the world, but i do believe IP addresses narrow things down to a single individual, or even maybe a few at most.

Also, my brother and I share a computer, and so... that doesn't always work, in terms of IP adresses.

And forgive me for this misspelling of the name, but that Faleomavaega also has the same IP Address as Rroni and puffdaddy. That is why I sent PMs to all 3 of you asking what was what. I played it off as I saw that Rroni was their reference and wanted to know how you all knew each other. Sometimes the IP Addresses change for the same account. Most Dial Up connections will change the host Address.
I have to be careful in doing this. I made the mistake that banned cheese108 for 30 days for having the same IP as T roo and I am still not 100% that they are 2 different people. You would be surprised with the list of people that have been linked together.

You spelled it right. It's a joke he and I had from Wikipedia. We wiki'd my brothers name, Eni, and got some guy with that name.

Yeah, it can be confusing sometimes. IP addresses are not specific to a computer. A better description would be that they're specific to the source of internet -- wireless routers, dial-up servers, proxy servers, etc.

I have access to about a hundred different IPs at work (I can potentially chose the one I want) and some ISPs (e.g. the main one in my country) give you a new IP every time you connect to Internet.
On the other hand, it is frequent that a family or bunch of friends share a same IP just because they're connected on a LAN which, in turn, is connected to the Internet with only one IP.

Ok, people, I know who this guy is. It was my freaking brother being an idiot (he doesn't like pokemon) so he figured he would make a stupid account about hacking and send some pm's to a mod. So yeah, he probably has the same IP address as me as we both connect to the same router.
And yes, my brother is older than me (though he sure doesn't act like it ).
So, BugCatcher, if you receive anymore PM's from him, just ignore him as he's only trying to cause trouble.

I thank you for the info. When I saw all these accounts linked to your IP Address, I thought; that does not sound like Shiny Lucario. It was just weird though and I wish I could post the PMs.
I thought by the PMs I received that I had a stalker he-he.

I saw the PM's on the account my brother made and they were just pure...
...I really cannot describe them.
And I had made an another account a long time ago (before this one) but I never was able to activate it because the e-mail address I provided could not receive the activation e-mail. So I created this account with a different e-mail address and it got the e-mail.

I was going to PM you about that account. I saw it had 0 post and a different e-mail and kinda figured it was either you just forgot about it or were having problems with it. HighC3 I believe the account was.

First, hacking only screws up your game if you don't understand the game mechanics.
Second the thread has came a long way since the first page. Everything is o.k. now and has been understood to be a poor prank.
