Sorry I'm asking so many questions, but my thread for DS battles disappeared, I'm just suprised to see it disappear.

That one?
Some of the forums seem to have had their 'default display date' altered. If (in the forum section) you go to the bottom of the page there should be a 'display options' box. If it says From the 'last day' or so, you can change that amount of time by dropping the box down and selecting a different one.
That will typically show you more threads.

Thank you, this helps!
I would like this thread CLOSED!

Check your display options at the bottom of the sections. I have most of the sections set to a default of last post time, descending order, and within the last 2 weeks.
Do you think they should be set to view post maybe older then 2 weeks?

I have mine set to forum default (at the moment anyway, I'll likely change it soonish), and it varies from section to section.
Just for information really, at the moment the defaults seem to be as follows;
Forum Announcements/Forum Feedback - Last Year
Pokemon League/Gyms - Beginning
Forum Farm Talk - Last 2 Weeks
Forum Farm Talk Subforums - Last Month
Missed Farm Events - Last Week
General Trades - Last Month
General Trades Subforums - Last week (at least for the few I clicked. I didn't click all of them)
Events and Shinys - Last week
Battles via DS - Last Day
Battles via DS Tournament Subforum thing - Last week
Battles via PBR - Last Day
Pokemon Q&A - Beginning
Mystery dungeon - Last week
Diamond/Pearl chat - Last day
R/S/E/Etc - Last day
Anime chat - Last day
Fan art - Last day
Other chat - Last day
Tools/Info - Last day (but most of that is stickys anyway, which are immune to the day rule)
Non pokemon stuff - Last week

Wow I was pretty sure I went and set the default to 2 weeks. I'll double check when I get a chance.
Just set them to infinite in your profile, it won't overload your browser and it saves time when you're searching for some info.

Only reason I like them set to 2 weeks is, well I hate seeing threads that are 3 months old getting brought back when there is no need to bring them back.
Like farm events that were posted in September, I am pretty sure that there are no leftovers. I have seen this happen more then a few dozen times.
