US Manaphy Event

It's official on september 29th from noon to 3:00pm, Us players can go to toys r us to get a manaphy in a cherish ball with a red scarf. Below is the image I scanned in from Nintendo Power.

Yep I can't wait. Make sure you get there early. I went last year to Toys R Us to get Mew and I showed up at 10 and it was suppose to start at 12 and I was like 30th inline. I wish I could get my hands on the game cartridge after the event. All those leftover Manaphy and all those traded Pokemon would be awesome, course not sure if it is done with the game cartridge anymore. I head somewhere that is just a card with the manaphy on it so they never run out.

Since the Manaphy comes in a Cherish Ball doesn't that mean it cannot be traded? The Phione from breeding can be traded though.

i honestly dont know. I am amazed though that there was such a large turn out for the last event. Thankfully I will be waiting with my friend and her Niece.

All pokemon from nintendo events come with a ribbon so they can't be used on the GTS, I think.

I thought it started September 29th which is a Saturday.


Also thanks for the info Kittenbrs. I knew most event pokemons came with something and usually they are in Cherish Balls, so I figured that was the key, however a ribbon would make more sense.
