Even though I love to keep my build secret, I just wanted to get your opinions on this, because I know how helpful you can all be sometimes. I'm thinking about building new team, which looks quite a bit like this:
Party:
Jynx - Special Sweeper
Ice Psychic
Houndour - Balanced Sweeper
Dark Fire
Crobat - Support / Speedkill
Poison Flying
Flygon - Normal Sweeper
Ground Dragon
Ludicolo - Support
Water Grass
Dusknoir - Balanced Wall
Ghost
Base Stats added up:
HP--ATK-DEF-SPA-SPD-SPE
420-500-450-530--570-535
Well, that's what it should look like. Dusknoir will be my defensive wall, and I still have to pick the other ones. I have put Jynx up as definitive, so don't go commenting on that one. In any case, what do you think? Do you have any suggestions that might come in handy for this build?

They typing seems balanced and they cover each other nicely. How about giving us some move sets, natures, EVs, etc...

All those aren't certain yet. I am going to determine those once I have a solid setup. For now though, I have put the purpose of each Pokémon next to their names. I think my team is lacking defensive stats though, because if I add up all their base defense stats, it's 450, where each other stat added up except HP is higher than 500. I've also added the base stats added up from each 'mon to the first post.

it looks very good
my theory is you dont need much defense if you can get fast, hard hits in, but i do have a wall pokemon for strategical purposes:D
if you need any help on the movesets or what to EV train them in pm me:).once you get it all done i will battle you if you like:)

Just let me tell you from experience. When I started in the Beacon Gym, my team was the fastest team most people have ever seen. Pokemon that people thought slow were faster then they should have been from heavy training. Now people are bringing faster Pokemon to the Gym and destroying me. Balance is key and I have to rebuild to fix my teams weaknesses. I was the biggest Speed Kills trainer you could ever find, but battles change and speed is not always the best way to go.

I understand what you are saying: The 'metagame' is Speed at the moment. I know that's something I need to incorporate into my team, to not let it be outrun by many Pokémon. Once the metagame changes, though, I'll indeed need to rebalance the team. I haven't thought about EV distribution, but I will surely have to take the metagame into account to optimalize the team.
Still though, a lack of being able to take physical hits is not a good thing; that's why the Dusknoir is there. I'll also have to EV train some Pokémon on the defense side a little.

My original Gym team had 252 EVs in every teammates Speed stat. Problem is, there are only 2 Electric types that are fast enough not to worry about any other Pokemon out speeding them. So once people figured this out, my team was done he-he.

Also: Viva la trickroom ;) Which is a move I will probably also incorporate into my team, but I'm not sure it needs it enough. Ah well, testing never hurts.
I can't clarify any more details though, so I need some opinions on the 'type balancing' first. Three opinions is great already, but I need more feedback ^^.

Yes trickroom is a very good move to have around.
One of my optional battle tactics was a snorlax with rest, snore, trick room, surf.
So I would be using all of the other trainers hard training work against them. It's brilliant! I didn't go with it but may consider it in the future.:)
Very good team building guide.
It is very helpful.

That is indeed a great guide, and other than Rock, I don't see a major type weakness. What I do see is resistance against effictively every type! I think I've got some good balanced typing here, and I'm happy with it! Thank you for the guide. I think I'll start building soon.
