with the evasion clause are we still allowed to use acupressure?

talking about evasion clause.
what about moves such like:
mud slap? is accuracy the foe....but at the end is like evasion also when this move is use it always lower the foe accuracy.

I think those are ok because your opponent has the option of switching to get rid of it.

Mud Slap you can switch out of and Acupressure is so random that it would be hard to sit there and up your evasion on consecutive turns.
Don't worry Bumbee, I got your PM. We've been discussing it in the Gym Leader section.
It's been agreed on that Acupressure does not violate the Evasion Clause.
