I got a focus sash that prevents fainting if HP is full and thought if you gave it to a shendinja to hold, it would be invincible! As it only has 1HP, if it doesnt have full health it would be dead. I havnt got a shendinja to test this so could someone confirm this.
An invincible pokemon would be very cool, hmmmmmm...

That is a good point but the focus sach only works once.

The Focus Sash would only save it from fainting once, the next time it gets hit, it would faint.

The focus sash does not save it from secondary attacks either. Ie Hail, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock, etc etc.

Nope, which is why some Shedinja's run Sunny Day. And if you don't run it you have to hope your opponent doesn't have Tyranitar, Hippowdon or Abomasnow.

And you need to have a Rapid Spinner on your team as well.

Still, one invincibility without using protect is no bad thing to have by any means! But there's a lot of things you should watch out of, indeed. Shedinja is, in that sense, a highly strategical Pokémon.

My favorite strategy is to teach Shedinja Destiny Bond; the ultimate revenge against those one minded people who think that they can take down the pokemon easily.
