When breeding a genderless pokemon, how can you pass on moves?

Well, you can only pass on TM moves if the father is a male. Level-up moves won't pass...

So would two genderless pokemon breed with each other?

If you're talking about ditto, no...

Ditto + Ditto ≠ Ditto

Other than that, the only other non-legendary pokemon that
is genderless and unbreedable is Unown, I think.

Hope I helped!:)

Theres a few, Magnemite, Porygon, Beldum I think. I'm pretty sure they can breed outside Ditto, but it's been a long time since I tried.

Other than the Legendaries (except Cresselia), the following Pokemon are Genderless:
Baltoy/Claydol
Bronzor/Bronzong
Beldum/Metang/Metagross
Ditto (cannot breed to get more Ditto; only way to get is by catching)
Voltorb/Electrode
Lunatone
Magnemite/Magneton/Magnezone
Porygon/Porygon2/PorygonZ
Solrock
Staryu/Starmie
Unown

The only way for them to breed is to be paired with Ditto (except in the case of Ditto itself; see above).

If you think breeding genderless pokemon is annoying, try attempting to IV breed them. It's so time consuming. *shakes fist at Staryu and Beldum*
