LEveling Problems

Does this happen to anyone else? I get so enwrapped in raising and breeding pokemon for movesets, that I never have time to level them. I think my party's current highest level is 30.

I think my problem is there are way too many for me to choose from. Back in yellow I had my team of Kanghaskhan, Gengar, Aerodactyl, Pikachu, Charizard and Mewtwo. Now I have no clue who to use or to level them up.

i want to level up my pokemon faster, but i recommend not to raise pokemon with more than one exp. share if you want them over lvl 50.
