I have been using these tools for awhile. I found them on Smogon and thought I would post them here.

Defense Effort Values (http://www.geocities.com/xactcreations/defense.html)
The Defense Effort Values program requires you to know the Base Stat of the Pokémon you are using to find an EV spread.
I wish I could remember how to script in JAVA and I would try to make an EV program to find an EV spread for all stats.
Metalkid's Damage Calculator (http://www.metalkid.info/Pokemon/OnlineProgram/Calculators/DamageDP.aspx)
Metalkid's site has alot of calculators. Even an IV calculator that can find your IVs by level 25, if you have Rare Candy to record your stats at each level.
I found a little program that can be used for selecting who battles who.
It is called The Hat. You enter the name of all the tournament contestants and hit shuffle. When you hit stop, you get one of the names. You remove that name from the list and enter it on your bracket and continue on until the bracket is filled.
I have it downloaded on my PC, but if you are interested in the program here is a link.
